Job Summary
- Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.)

- Preferred: 1 year Occupational Therapy experience.
- Skills
- Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Required: License of Occupational Therapy active in the state of Missouri
- Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
- Required: Active Driver's License
