Job Summary

The RN Triage position is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs via telephone contact with patient/parent/guardian. The goal of the RN Triage position is to support clinic practices by using established protocols for communication with the patient/ parents/guardian in a way that supports patient-centered care. Proper triage and escalation of cases to the clinic providers is a key function of the position.

Required: NonePreferred: Previous nursing experience, especially in outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting
