Job Summary
-
The System Schedule Supervisor must have working knowledge of system processes and expectations regarding provider staffing functions for all CoxHealth campuses. Addresses all provider scheduling software needs for the system. Oversees a team of direct reports who are System Schedule Coordinators. Excellent communication skills, time management and problem solving skills required. Serves as subject matter expert of scheduling software. Schedule flexibility and on call may be required.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Required: Demonstrated experience with scheduling and scheduling software
Preferred: Demonstrated experience with healthcare specific centralized processes
Preferred: Experience with provider scheduling
Preferred: Project Management experience

Skills

Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills. The ability to efficiently manage a team and oversee the operations of provider scheduling throughout the system as well as other assigned tasks.

Excellent computer skills required, including the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Knowledge of spreadsheets required.

Ability to operate across multiple service lines and at all organizational levels required.
