The Rehab Therapy Lead will collaborate with our department Mgmt team being the liaison between staff and mgmt. Being a part of our process improvement team(s) will be critical in supporting the direction and opportunities within our department. The Lead will assist in facilitating and participating in key components of our LEM and WWTK process improvement team meetings. The Rehab Therapy Lead will assist with new staff orientation/mentoring, be a part of the hiring and annual merit process as requested. As a Lead, this position will be responsible for components of therapy staff scheduling, weekly conference scheduling and supporting the department scheduler with daily decision making. The Lead will provide treatment to patients in their area of expertise 80% of the time and 20% toward LEAD duties and assist mgmt with weekend on call/rotation duties when scheduled to work.

Education

- Required: Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology program with appropriate licensure
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field

Required: 2 years of clinical experience in the related setting
