Coyle Outside offers a Counselor in Training Program, which is for teens ages 13-19 who are seeking their first job or are early in their careers.
For you:
- Work 100% outside with kids
- Flexible schedule mid June- end of Aug
- On the job training and development
- Learn outdoor/survival skills
- Receive feedback and mentorship about performance and growth opportunities
- Eligible for minimum wage hourly compensation after urning 16 & completing the training program
- Resume building through volunteering and work opportunities
Requirements:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Enjoy being outdoors for 7 hours in heat, rain, summer weather
- Enjoy working with kids ages 6-10
- Be interested in and committed to gaining experience and life skills through volunteering/work
- Arrives on time and when scheduled
- Communicates via email, text, and phone call
