What Youll Be Doing

Evaluations that Matter Conduct developmental evaluations for Early Start clients alongside our expert clinicians (think Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, and more!). Your insights will shape individualized intervention plans that make a real difference.

Guiding Families & Teams Provide consultation services based on each childs unique needs. Work with Program Supervisors to recommend effective strategies and set meaningful goals.

Hands-On Therapy Provide one-on-one occupational therapy when needed, tracking progress and celebrating each milestone along the way.

Keeping Things Organized Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports in a timely manner. (We like our superheroes to also be great with details!)

What Makes You a Great Fit

Certified Pro You hold a current OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) credential and keep it up to date.

Child Development Rockstar At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays.

Clear Background & Driving Record Because safety is our top priority!

Up-to-Date Training Current TB clearance, BLS, and Pediatric First Aid certification (or willing to get them).
