What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Food and Beverage Server position at Coyote Creek Golf Club?
The Coyote Creek Golf Club is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Food and Beverage Server to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during events and banquets.
Responsibilities include setting up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert tables/carts and cordial carts, communicating with the kitchen regarding additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests, and ensuring courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
For plated events, the Banquet Food and Beverage Server will serve and remove tableware in accordance with Touchstone standards. Replenishing buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation is also essential. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas is critical.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They should also be physically able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds, and push/pull, move lighter objects.
