Do You Need More Reasons?

You will prepare cuisine, not just food. If you like the sound of sesame crusted cold rare tuna with sriracha aioli or maybe arugula salad with black mission figs are more your style. You know you can’t go wrong with a New York sirloin with mushroom madeira glace accompanied by melted leek mashed potato. Is all this talk of delicious cuisine making you hungry to apply?

Apply if You:

· Can thrive and execute in a very busy environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Have good knowledge of how to use proper techniques in a professional Bar service setting.

· Are consistently punctual and we can depend on you to be at work on schedule.

· Have 1 year restaurant experience with at least 1 year as a bartender.

Here Are the Essentials:

· Participate in the preparation of all drink menus.

· Produce high quality cocktails for both taste and design.

· Provide input on planning and directing drink menu program

· Mentor and participate in managing and training front of house staff when necessary.

· Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.

· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Other Important Stuff to Know:

· Work Schedule is: 1 to 5 days/week 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

· Pay: $6 per hour plus great tips

· Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

· Busiest Season: Summer, Fall and Winter.
