Essential Functions:
- Run weekly Workday reports, perform audits, & take action to resolve issues.
- Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality locking files and following data distribution SOP.
- Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
- Responsible for coordinating the exit process including unemployment claims, DOL notice, and password resets.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the HR department as needed.
- Support Coyote’s benefits program and answering employees’ questions.
- Lead new hire benefits orientation & audit new hire elections ensuring completion within 31 days.
- Ownership of Benefits and HR invoices, ensure invoices are tracked and paid in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll processes and ensure timecard accuracy before submission.
- Responsible for the onboarding of all hires including contractors, audit hire process, temp conversions, I9 verifications, DocuSign and provide employee support.
- Answer/resolve HR questions, ServiceNow cases, and Workday Requests.
- Maintain employee guides, training documents, and SOPs – answer questions & escalate issues timely.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and private information.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, able to audit data
- Demonstrates exceptional prioritization and multitasking skills to consistently meet deadlines.
