Hours: Monday-Thursday
Coyote Prosthetics, a family-owned business recognized for its innovation and dedication to orthotic and prosthetic care, is seeking a detail-oriented Full Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment and has a passion for accuracy in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Manage and track invoices, including ensuring timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports as needed for management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Help answer phones
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
