Summary
The Recruitment & Internal Communications Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the entire Health System. This position will also support partner with the Marketing Department to promote internal communications in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Cozad Community Health System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job description and hiring criteria.
· Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
· Coordinates opportunities with Work Study Students, Job Shadows, Internships, etc. and the respective department.
· Acts as a liaison with high schools and colleges, and CCHS.
· Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
· Extends offer and initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
· Partners with HR Coordinator in applicant tracking, applicant communication, and onboarding.
· Partners with the Marketing Department to:
o coordinate and promote employee recognition internally and on social media
o coordinate and promote social media recruitment campaigns
o assist with community outreach events
· Follows all HIPAA guidelines and promotes and ensures patient safety.
· Fulfills mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive and professional environment.
· Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Human Resources experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Office or related software; basic graphic design skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; ability to create and implements sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles; and be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Licensure/Certification
Basic Life Support (CPR)
