Job Description:
5 years of Workday report writing experience in HR, Finance, and Payroll functions.
5 years of experience with Workday Prisum integrating data from various sources (internal and external).
5 years of experience with Workday Worksheets analyzing, visualizing and collaborating with data for Ad Hoc data exploration, data integration and security.
Seeking an experienced Workday Report Writer to support reporting capabilities across HR, Finance, and Payroll functions.
Human Resources (HR): Extensive experience in creating and managing custom reports that track employee data, performance metrics, recruitment statistics, and compliance requirements. Proficient in generating reports that provide insights into workforce demographics, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
Finance: Skilled in developing financial reports that support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Capable of producing detailed reports on financial statements, expense tracking, revenue analysis, and financial compliance. Experience in integrating financial data from various sources to provide a comprehensive financial overview.
Payroll: Expertise in designing payroll reports that ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Proficient in creating reports that detail payroll summaries, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and compliance with payroll regulations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll reporting issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday reports.
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Prism, and Worksheets.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize Workday reports effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reporting.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in writing custom HR, Finance, and Payroll reports in Workday.
Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Prism, and Worksheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a higher education environment is a highly desired.
