Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Owner at Cozewith & Associates located in Charlotte, NC. The role allows for some work from home flexibility. The Agency Owner will be responsible for overseeing the agency's operations of staffing and training new associates, developing business strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the agency. Full training program provided with availability to begin part-time.
