We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate in our new distribution centre on Alessandro Blvd in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, the worker will assist the DC Manager to ensure the proper functioning of distribution operations. What You'll Be Doing :
Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing, etc.) are completed on time & in full
Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all DC activities
Ensure safety measures & distribution center rules are known and obeyed by all employees
Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met
Other related tasks
What We're Looking For :
Ability to work physically : standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures
2 years experience in a distribution centre setting
Experience in a quality control environment an asset
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in California, USA
Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
Preferred additional skills :
Valid forklift license
Valid reach operator license
What We Offer :
Base salary of 17$ / hour eligibility to 10% bonus

40 hours / week (paid overtime)
Monday to Friday - 6 am to 2 : 30 pm
