The ability to juggle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting is crucial. Responsibilities
- Managing guest reservations and paperwork
- Handle incoming phone calls with prospective guests, property owners, and real estate clients
- Communicate with guests and owners via text message, emails, and phone
- Coordinate with team members to manage properties and guest needs
- Perform housekeeping quality checks with great attention to detail
- Manage guest payments and ensure accurate accounting
- Establish a base knowledge of the area and properties in order to answer guest questions
- Light office cleaning and organizational duties
Qualifications
- The experience and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility in role responsibilities to help where needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open to learning new systems and procedures
