Day to Day Activities
The Day-to-Day activities of the Business Development Representative will include the following:
- Existing Client Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Gathering client feedback and providing insights to improve our services.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identifying new market opportunities and target segments.
- Providing feedback to the marketing team on effective lead generation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience preferred in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or managed services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
