What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Assembler position at CP Build Enterprises?
CP Build Enterprises was founded in 1980 and is a privately held and fast-growing interior finishes contractor. We work on some of the biggest and best projects around. We are looking to grow our cabinet assembly and installation team. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED; We are willing to train. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in building their career in the construction industry with a profitable and stable contractor. This is a full-time benefits eligible position including paid time off.
This role has direct responsibility for:
- Load/unload, stage, and assemble ready-to-assemble cabinetry
- Cleaning up after assembly and taking garbage to dumpsters
Must Haves:
- Be willing to work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity and quality expectations
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Own and be familiar with the use of a Power Drill, Tape Measure, Rubber Mallet, and Screwdrivers
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language
- Be willing to travel overnight (up to 25% of the time)
- Be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Piece rate hourly pay for non-productive time (meetings, travel, etc.) (Minimum $20.00 guaranteed to start)
