This role has direct responsibility for:
1. Installation of assembled Cabinetry per plans and specifications, including but not limited to Cabinet boxes, Doors, Drawers, Panels, Floating Shelving, Scribe, Outside Corner Moulding, Vertical Trim, Toe kicks/skins, Filler, Crown, Light rail, Cleat, Dishwasher Returns, Shims, Cutouts for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)(as required), Shelving, Shelf pins, Hardware, Fastcaps, etc. for a complete install.
2. Must be willing to work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity (# of boxes/day) and quality expectations.
3. Knowledge and ability to operate both power and hand tools to necessary for complete cabinet installation.
4. Ensure a safe clean work environment.
5. Maintain personal tools.
6. Properly track install completed.
Education, Background, and Skills Required:
1. 1 years of verified cabinet installation experience required
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship available
3. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and shop drawings.
4. Must be 18 years of age.
5. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with or without accommodations
6. Must be willing to travel (up to 25%) of the time
7. Have and be able to utilize reliable transportation.
8. Must own and be familiar with the use of both power and hand tools (Drill, Mallet, Screwdrivers, etc.)
9. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language
10. Active and Valid Driver's License with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
11. Ability to pass background and drug screening
12. Spanish Speaking is preferred, but not required
13. Prior experience operating a forklift and/or forklift certification is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Piece rate hourly pay for non-productive time (meetings, travel, etc.)
Potential Income is $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience, work ethic & work availability.
