Driver and Warehouse Worker
Mission of Role
This role will primarily be driving a 27' box truck and assisting in the warehouse as needed. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, and preparing deliveries. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Competencies (Must Have)
Prior Experience Requirements
Experience as a warehouse worker or commercial driver
Technical Requirements
Current Driver's License
Clean driving record, preferably a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 75 lbs.
Current forklift license, or the ability to get a license (Paid by the employer)
Soft Skill / Behavior Requirements
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be able to pass drug & background requirements including an MVR
Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
Outcomes
(Specific results that must be achieved in first 3-6-12 months)
Receive and organize all material deliveries
Ensure all products leaving the warehouse match the pick tickets provided.
Walk all jobs to ensure worksite conditions are met before installation is approved and scheduled.
Provide and ensure all QA/QC is accurately completed prior to turnover
