Building Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Building Projects Coordinator to join our team at CP Engineers, Architecture & Environmental Services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

The Building Projects Coordinator will be responsible for developing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects, as well as coordinating field personnel to ensure proper coverage over multiple projects. They will also initiate and track construction documentation, including correspondence, letters of transmittal, submittals, change orders, RFIs, payment requests, meeting minutes, subcontract and contract issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors. They will also have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years project management experience in construction
