About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from proposal to closeout, and will provide leadership and direction to field personnel and project engineers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors. They will also have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from proposal to closeout
- Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and project engineers
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects
- Ccoordinate field personnel to ensure proper coverage over multiple projects
- Initiate and track construction documentation, including correspondence, letters of transmittal, submittals, change orders, RFIs, payment requests, meeting minutes, subcontract and contract issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years project management experience in construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
