Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring technical and operational excellence.
- Review, analyze, and interpret complex data, reports, or industry regulations, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development of training materials, procedures, and guidelines related to the specific subject area.
- Act as a key point of contact for addressing questions and resolving issues related to the subject matter.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to proposal development, business strategies, and other client-facing activities by providing expert input.
- Support the project lifecycle by reviewing designs, plans, and deliverables for quality and consistency with established guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and methodologies related to the subject matter.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A professional license or certification
- At least 15 years of unique specialized expertise or advisory level experience in executive/policy analysis and decision making in the specialized field of the work to be performed.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Must be a US citizen.
