What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet set up/Maintenance position at CP Mgmt?
Responsibilities
Banquet: Clean, set, maintain and refresh banquet rooms according to event contracts. Must be able to read the contract and stay on task to ensure events are set in a timely manner. Must have an eye for detail. Ensures cleanliness and organization is done efficiently. Required to work varying shifts, nights and weekends as needed.
Maintenance: Will work with maintenance manager on maintaining the outside property (trimming bushes, pulling weeds, watering flowers, ridding parking lot of trash, emptying trash bins around property etc. ) Must have general maintenance knowledge as you will be part time maintenance when you are not doing banquet set ups.
Physical requirements include…
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Will be setting up tables, chairs, risers, podiums, etc. for events in multiple rooms according to event contracts. Ensuring set up and break downs are done completely, accurately, safely and efficiently according to company policies. Performs other duties as requested.
