Must have at least 12 units for all positions and each position will carry it's own requirements. If you've been a lead before, let us know and show us your qualifications. If you want to gain some hands on experience and assist in various clasrooms as a floater, let us know. This is a great way to learn more about working with all different ages.

Summary

As a part of our preschool team, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Reporting to Admin, your primary responsibilities will include classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing early childhood education routines and activities following our guidelines and philosphy.

Your core skills in communication and experience with students will enhance the learning experience, while your premium skills in curriculum development and classroom management will support diverse learning needs. Join our dedicated team to inspire and guide the next generation in their foundational years.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool students' developmental needs.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and needs.
• Encourage social skills and emotional development through structured play and activities.
• Assess and document children's progress in various developmental areas.

Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
