Job Brief:

The Team Lead provides staff guidance and shift supervision at assigned locations. They serve as a point person to ensure information is conveyed to and from administration and other team members for smooth quality operations.

Work Schedule:

Shifts include 4pm-12am, 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, with one weekend day

Weekly Hours: 37.5

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

Maintain the weekly staffing schedule

Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Inspect the med room weekly to ensure it is clean and organized, with no expired medications

Manage individuals' finances and personal property appropriately

Report incidents and occurrences as needed

Complete and submit assigned reports (weekly mileage, WorxHub, food orders, etc.)

Demonstrate positive personal regard for individuals served

Lead by example and model positive behavior towards team members

Maintain positive relationships with family members

Support core values and mission of the Agency in staff interactions

Advocate for individuals within the agency and community

Monitor data collection as assigned

Provide hands-on training as needed

Report policy/procedure violations or Federal/State law infractions

Obtain/maintain agency van certification and transport as needed

Obtain/maintain AMAP certification and administer medications as needed

Alert administration to potential quality service issues

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or authorized administrator

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required

Supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Valid Driver's License and Agency Insurability required
