Award winning, rapidly growing CPA firm looking for a Tax Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for small business write-ups and preparing individual and business tax returns for our diverse client base.
Qualified candidates must have the following technical experience :
- Preparation and review if a wide variety of tax returns (1120 / 1120S / 1065 / 1040 / 1041)
- Tax planning and projections
- Communication with IRS on behalf of clients
- Communication with clients
- Minimum 4-6 years previous experience with an accounting firm
- CPA a plus
- Fundamental knowledge of current tax code and GAAP
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks experience
