We are seeking a highly skilled and EPIC Certified Report Analyst with Resolute, Clarity, or Cognito, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with EPIC Resolute, particularly in revenue cycle management reporting, and will play a critical role in providing valuable insights to our clinical and financial teams. As an EPIC Resolute Certified Report Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards related to billing, coding, and financial operations.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports in EPIC Resolute to support financial, billing, and revenue cycle operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, billing, coding, and clinical departments to identify reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Extract, analyze, and present data from the EPIC Resolute system to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Use EPIC Clarity, Reporting Workbench, and other tools to build custom reports and dashboards for financial analysis and billing cycle management.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve report issues, ensuring timely delivery and support for end-users.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to access, interpret, and use reports effectively.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all reports, data sources, and report modifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and hospital policies, particularly in relation to billing and revenue cycle processes.
- Monitor and maintain system performance related to report generation and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
- Stay up to date with EPIC Resolute system updates and implement necessary changes to reports as needed.
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and financial reviews by providing accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- EPIC Reporting Certification; preferably Resolute, Clarity, or Cognito.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with EPIC Resolute and related reporting tools (EPIC Clarity, Reporting Workbench).
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, coding, and financial operations within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, data extraction, and data manipulation.
- Experience working with healthcare data, including insurance claims, patient billing, and financial datasets.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, billing compliance, and coding standards (CPT, ICD-10).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other EPIC modules or additional EPIC certifications.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Experience in data visualization and presentation for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting with a focus on revenue cycle management.
