For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics (e.g., this role includes but is not limited to managing e-mail and similar campaigns, monthly promotions, and creating, updating, or maintaining marketing collateral).
Additional Job Description:
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Assist customers on the phone
- Respond to questions, direct customers to services offered by the firm, and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer SERVICE
- Educate customers about current services and promotions
- Maintain superior knowledge of products and services
- Contribute to team's daily, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Update and maintain sales reporting systems
- Overseeing and facilitating the weekly sales meeting, ensuring agenda adherence, team collaboration, and timely follow-up on key action items
- Monitor, update and manage sales channels and platforms
