What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Accountant for CPA position at CPA?
I am currently looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to help with my CPA practice. You will be provided with your own office out of my home.
The schedule will be 20 hours per week, 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), 5 hours per day, 10am-3pm.
Quickbooks and Excel experience is required. Lacerte tax software experience is a plus.
Pay is minimum wage-$25 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Imputing in Quickbooks and Lacerte
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assistant to CPA
-Answering phones
-Paying bills
