National medical provider of Sleep Therapy services to military members and their families is looking for a CPAP Setup Professional to provide in-home CPAP setups for our Tricare (military) patients in the Minot, ND area on an "as needed basis."
(PRN/ 1099) CPAP Setup Professionals will execute the following responsibilities with utmost professionalism:
- The CPAP Setup Professional, a licensed Therapist, will schedule their appointments within 24-48 hours, and setup CPAP/BiPAP equipment at the patients' home locations.
- The therapist will complete and transmit all related paperwork and keep accurate records of miles traveled.
- The CPAP Therapist will educate the patient about the benefits and side effects of CPAP Therapy and provide instructions about the proper use and function of the CPAP device.
- The therapist will advise the patients about the proper cleaning procedures of the CPAP device.
- CPAP Setup Professional will fit patients to comfort with CPAP mask(s) as prescribed by the physician(s).
- The CPAP Professional will record and account for every inventory item provided to the patient by CPAP Medical.
- The CPAP professional will be proficient on all brands and platforms of CPAP/Bi-Level devices, otherwise, training will be provided.
CPAP Professional Job Requirements:
- CPAP Setup Professional prospects must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills; Articulate speech, punctuality, politeness, and a sympathetic demeanor.
- This job requires moderate traveling around the Minot, ND area.
- Ability to conduct effective video-conference sessions.
- Access to the local military base is a plus.
- Military/veteran background preference is given.
- Prospective CPAP therapists should have CPAP and/or Sleep Therapy experience, otherwise he/she must be willing to learn; Training will be provided.
Compensation: $80.00 per setup session (45 min - 1 hr) plus mileage reimbursement for round trips over 60 miles from the contractor's home location. Please apply ONLY via really.com.
