What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employment Specialist (Temporary, Full-Time, Community Based) position at CPC Integrated Health?
POSITION SUMMARY: Employment Specialists will carry a caseload, and under direct supervision from a professional staff, provide vocational services which include treatment, assessment, planning, counseling, job development, group facilitation, and record keeping. Staff assist clients in a variety of activities relating to vocational assessment/planning, job development, job coaching and follow-up services.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid N.J. Driver's License
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS: AA degree in mental health related field, four years experience. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in written and spoken English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA degree in mental health or related field. Background and experience in vocational services desirable.
