About the Role
CPC Marketing is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Associate to join our team. In this role, you will own execution of paid social campaigns including creative tailored to specific customer personas. Your work will directly impact our ability to connect with our audience through effective messaging and creative design, ensuring optimal performance on Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Persona Ownership: Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, including their needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Creative Design: Create engaging, persona-specific ad creatives using Canva.
- Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and optimize ads in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns align with goals.
- Optimization: Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis, making adjustments to improve key metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all campaigns, creatives, and optimizations are executed with precision and accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup and optimization of conversion campaigns.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, Canva for creative design.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, Tableau for performance reporting and data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free campaigns.
- Based in Chicago, IL (role is remote with limited in-person needs)
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial services industry or working on related campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for ad creatives and audience targeting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for tailoring messages to different audiences.
