Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for Molding Operator positions at our injection molding manufacturer of polyethylene pipe fittings site located in Bloomfield, IA. The successful candidates will work safely in a team-oriented environment with a variety of shifts available.
Main Responsibilities
- Work in a safe manner
- Keep safety as a core value through teamwork and participation
- Participate in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member)
- Operate injection molding machines and secondary machining process equipment
- Use mechanical lifting assist to remove parts from injection molding machines
- Rotate parts through water bath or cooling rotation
- Inspect, tag, bag, box cooled parts and place on pallet, conveyor or in bins
Requirements
- General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools
- Basic computer and math skills
- Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written)
- Capable of lifting approximately 20 lbs. without an assist
- Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring
