Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Dental Assistant at Marquee Dental Partners, you will:
- Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists, including charting, patient education, and preparing/cleaning operatories.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
- Deliver a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
- Capture and process X-rays accurately and efficiently.
- Input patient treatment plans and maintain organized records under the direction of the Dentist.
- Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee laboratory cases to ensure timely preparation for the next day’s schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Coronal Polishing Certificate (desired).
- X-Ray Certification (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Nitrous Oxide Certificate (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and focused on providing excellent patient care.
- A team player who contributes to a warm and welcoming office environment.
