CPG & Associates has been engaged by a $300Mil company in North Fort Worth, searching for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Director, the Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and ad hoc analysis as may be required by leadership. Responsibilities include:
1. Variance Analysis: Analyze financial results and investigate variances. Provide detailed reports and explanations of variances.
2. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and assumptions.
3. Forecasting: Develop financial models to support forecasting efforts. Provide monthly updates to the forecast based on actual results and changes in assumptions.
4. Management Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. Highlight key trends and financial performance indicators.
5. Storytelling with Data: Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making. Use visualizations to help non-financial stakeholders understand key financial insights.
Compensation:
Base: $85k - $110k
Bonus: 5%
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
