CPH is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Engineer to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, manage complex projects, and mentor junior staff - all within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Our projects span from small wastewater collection or water distribution projects to multi-MGD water and wastewater treatment facilities.
As part of our Water/Wastewater practice, you will have full project ownership, from initial client engagement and project scoping through design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out.
Duties Include

Duties Include
- Serve as Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment plant design, utility system improvements, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Lead client communication, project coordination, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Prepare and oversee the development of plans, specifications, design calculations, permitting documents, reports, and construction deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering staff.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
- Graduate Engineering Degree is a plus.
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required. Ability to obtain additional state licensure through reciprocity is a plus.
- 7 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of client-facing responsibility.
- Familiarity with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, or similar design software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software is a plus.
