An active WA State Department of L&I (01) Electrical Administrator certificate
01/02 Electrical License
Ability to change breakers, do service calls, disconnect and reconnect HVAC equipment
Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes for electrical installations and contracting
Experience in electrical design and construction
Experience reading and interpreting, plans and blueprints of electrical installations
Valid driver's license
Understanding of cost estimating
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs., work in elevated spaces, and climb and balance on a ladder
Ability to crawl into attics and other confined spaces to perform electrical inspections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps
Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Ability to travel to different sites as required
2 years of technical school, college, or equivalent journey-level training and certification through an apprenticeship program

Manage all licensing, affidavits, and continuing education for CPI employees
Work to resolve discrepancies and non-compliance issues with L&I
Provide electrical code and safety compliance expertise
Ensure that all work is performed under proper permits and licenses and complies with State Laws
Ensure that the proper electrical safety procedures are followed
Address and comply with all inspection corrective notices
Fulfill and maintain all Washington State education and licensing requirements
Assist Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC teams with technical and electrical code
Qualifications:
