Overview
CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is looking for an HVAC Sales Technician to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
What You'll Do:
Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Driver’s License
Physical Demands:
Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
