Railway Operations Overview
Our railway operations are designed to provide safe and efficient transportation services to our customers. As a Conductor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trains and the safety of our employees and customers.
Conductor Responsibilities
- Coordinate train movements and switch rail cars
- Provide clear and concise instructions to crew members
- Maintain a thorough understanding of General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) and other operating procedures
- Respond to emergency situations and operate fire extinguishers as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
