About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Train Conductor. As a key member of our rail crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work rotating shifts without advance scheduling on a 2-hour call window, covering days, evenings, and nights, in a 24/7 operating environment
- Engage in rigorous outdoor work tasks, including lifting and pulling heavy objects (up to 50 pounds on occasion)
- Operate and communicate by radio with control towers, remote teams, and dispatching centers
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring the well-being of self, team, and the public
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid US passport
- Valid driving license
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work in a construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
