BIM COORDINATOR
Working from any of our office locations across seven states (FL, GA, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, and VA) this role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide model quality and coordination checks, develop BIM plans, document best practices and develop scalable building information modeling (BIM) solutions. BIM Coordinators work under the guidance of BIM Managers to fulfill both project and firm-wide BIM needs.

What You Bring To The Table
- You earned an associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field- though a bachelor’s is preferred.
- You have at least three to five years of production experience in architecture, design and BIM project delivery
- You have advanced fluency in Autodesk REVIT and BIM content management, creation, approval and procedures
- You have experience with collaboration, standards-checking and clash detection tools for viewing and coordinating the BIM process, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and Newforma
- You know your way around model analysis and computation design applications, including Insight and Dynamo
- You’re familiar with design visualization applications such as Enscape or TwinMotion
- You take a proactive approach to learning new technologies
- You can communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- You have a strong interest in and aptitude for creative problem-solving
- You can lead, coach and develop others using exceptional planning and organization skills
- Support the development and distribution of learning materials to support BIM process adoption and CPL standards
- Conduct software and workflow training with project-level teams to hone collective skills and improve overall team performance
- Perform on-site/real-time project shadowing to team members across all disciplines to support and integrate BIM processes into their workflows
- Respond to requests for troubleshooting support
- Encourage compliance with CPL delivery and BIM standards for all project teams
- Coordinate and facilitate BIM planning, and BIM kick-off meetings
- Manage BIM execution plans to establish best practices and support required/preferred outcomes
- Consult with project teams to determine how to distinguish and distribute models based on design and construction team needs, geographic location and collaboration requirements
- Rotate through projects to ensure standards and best practices are being adhered to and models are performing to maximum potential
- Coordinate with BIM Managers and other BIM Coordinators to support Practice Technology strategic goals.

Salary : $73,000 - $109,000
