What You Bring To The Table
- BS in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience
- Professional Licensure
- Ability to interact effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Domestic hot and cold-water systems, including backflow prevention experience
- Natural gas distribution
- Building sanitary and storm water systems
- Fire protection design and working knowledge of NFPA standards
- Healthcare medical gas system/distribution design
- Compressed air systems (general and industrial)
- Good leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Engineering, analytical and technical writing skills with attention to detail
- Skillful with computer software including word processing and spreadsheet analyses
- AutoCAD/BIM experience required
- Work with senior team members from project conception through construction completion
- Perform calculations and participate in conceptual design planning, equipment selection, and the preparation of drawings and specifications
- Make site visits to document existing systems and gather owner documentation
- Conduct frequent codes and standards research to ensure that all methodologies are current and appropriate
- Assist with submittal reviews during the project construction phase
- Work with the design team to create design sketches, layouts and plans
- Use computer-assisted design software to create preliminary drawings
- Support for preparation of load calculations and modeling and coordination with others

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
