This posting is for a CNCMachine Programmer responsible for programming and nesting production orders for our plasma-cutting tables, fiber laser, CNC lathes, & CNC mills. This role is of extreme importance to our operation as all our internal production orders start at the cutting tables and or run through the various CNC machines. Potential candidates will need to be able to function in both the office and shop floor environments, proactively address potential capacity problems, and react to urgent customer needs. Role will be a minimum 40 hours a week but exact hours are flexible.
Position requires up to 25% travel
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Familiarity with basic G&M code programming for both CNC mills and lathes
- Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to follow and interpret procedures.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge base and the desire to learn more.
- Able to successfully multitask and meet project milestones.
- Ability to physically move heavy product and willingness to help in the shop occasionally.
- Able to proactively communicate with multiple co-workers and supervisors.
