2nd & 3rd shift positions available
$20-$26/hr. plus shift premium
Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Rough & finish mill twin screw extruder processing sections and components
Essential Functions:
- Set up and run multiple Mazak & DMG Mori Horizontal Mills
- Examine materials to ensure conformance to established standards
- Perform minor equipment maintenance
- Manufacture quality parts using the latest standards and procedures
- Complete required paperwork as necessary
- Perform other job responsibilities as required
- Organizing and staging work to allow running of multiple machines
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- High school education and 5 years of related experience
- Understanding of precision manufacturing tools and their proper use
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Understanding and application of G&M codes
- Knowledge of GD&T symbols and tolerancing along with basic blueprint reading
- Ability and willingness to follow directions and work independently
- Good verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a highly motivated team driven environment
Salary : $20 - $26
