This Position :
The Lead Analyst, FP&A will be a strategic business partner who adds value by driving thoughtful, timely and strategic financial insights. This person will be responsible for supporting forward-looking guidance, analysis and reporting through relevant financial statements, KPI's, forecasts, budgets, and analytics. This strategi role will be a very hands on team player, ready to roll up his / her sleeves to dive into the details of data, systems, and models. This role will have broad exposure to global and cross-functional teams. The position will be based out of the Blain, MN office with the expectation that the candidate works from the office a minimum of three days per week.
