The CPM Industrial Solutions Division has a unique opportunity for a Hard-Face Welder in our manufacturing facility in Harlan IA. We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented person with strong welding aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work safely and productively with minimal supervision.
This can be an entry level position. We will train motivated candidates that are willing to work hard, show up on time and can learn to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Monday thru Thursday/10 hours per day
- 3:00 PM-1:30am
- 40 hours per week

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Forklift experience
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to document piece count and complete simple quality measurements
