The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and shipping of materials, adhering to customer requirements and domestic/international shipping standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Manage and process incoming purchase orders and deliveries into SAP.
- Prepare and distribute international export shipping documents, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid Fork Lift certification required.
