Job Summary :
As the Operations Director, you will oversee plant production and operations to ensure efficient performance aligned with production needs, regulatory standards, and profitability targets. Key responsibilities include planning budgets and driving projects that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, minimize waste, and improve product quality. You will coordinate with department managers to achieve production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, sales, and delivery.
