About Consolidated Precision Products
Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake is an investment casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace & gas turbine components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager at our plant in Eastlake, Ohio.
- Build and lead a team of Product Engineers, focusing on NPI (new product introduction) over the next five years.
- Develop and enhance robust manufacturing processes and tooling to support the company's growth in the aerospace and industrial investment casting markets.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 8 years' experience in mechanical or product engineering in the investment casting industry.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications.
- Strong program management skills.
- Proficiency in NX/UG, SolidWorks, GOM, Minitab, and Microsoft Suite.
Work Environment:
Office environment with occasional weekend work required.
10% travel required.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
