JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Supervisor's primary role is to support team members in achieving daily safety, quality, and production targets. Key responsibilities include :
Collaborating with team members and leaders to assess and ensure process flow meets production and customer requirements.
Executing plant goals and objectives effectively.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead team members to produce quality parts in accordance with work instructions and company policy, ensuring timely delivery.
Coach and mentor standardized work while monitoring and documenting defects and problem-solving within your area of responsibility.
Maintain safety standards as mandated by law and company policy.
Provide technical expertise to resolve issues and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
Encourage accountability among team members in achieving goals and objectives.
Proactively monitor and take necessary actions to improve production quality and quantity.
Utilize problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques to meet or exceed operational goals.
Manage workflow, scheduling, and team placement to ensure facility and company goals are met.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
SAFETY
Complete accident investigation reports as needed.
Implement safety countermeasures and perform root cause analyses to enhance safety practices.
Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures.
Model safe behaviors and champion safety practices within the site.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedure manuals. Team-oriented with excellent interaction skills.
Mathematical Skills : Proficient in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability : Able to tackle problems with multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills : Familiarity with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
